VibraVid.io has become the first decentralized application (DApp) on TRON blockchain to utilize BitTorrent File System (BTFS) Mainnet for its file storage solution.

VibraVid.io has upgraded and migrated to the newly launched BitTorrent File System (BTFS) Mainnet, thereby becoming the world’s first blockchain-based application to utilize BTFS Mainnet as its decentralized storage solution. VibraVid’s new music and video platform powered by the BeatzCoin token is built on the TRON blockchain, and now fully utilizes BTFS as a next generation file-sharing protocol that similarly uses the TRON network and the BitTorrent ecosystem.

The VibraVid migration to BTFS Mainnet means that uploads of content and streaming of audio and video files are now enabled on VibraVid.io in a more efficient and decentralized way, with higher upload speeds and increased storage security.

BTFS Mainnet officially launched on October 1, with over 3000 new BTFS nodes, bringing BTFS one step closer to becoming the world’s largest and first scalable decentralized storage system,

By utilizing the BTFS protocol for VibraVid’s decentralized storage of large audio and video files, the platform eliminates problems that centralized platforms like YouTube suffer from today, such as centralized trust, censorship, high maintenance costs and central point of failure. The integration of VibraVid with BTFS and the BitTorrent ecosystem as well as the TRON network will enable the platform to reach a larger user base through a more decentralized and efficient approach.

By building on TRON, BeatzCoin ensures a simple-to-use, cost-effective, scalable, and high-performance VibraVid platform for a global audience given that TRON is a 3rd generation blockchain that can handle up to 2,000 transactions per second (TPS). BeatzCoin is the 3rd highest ranked Super Representative (SR), with more than 430 million TRX in community votes.

VibraVid has completed numerous upgrades to its platform since the launch on September 29, when more than 500 new users registered and started using the platform in less than 24 hours. These updates include a hardened API, which will further increase the protection of user data, while other bug fixes to simplify user experience have been implemented. The VibraVid platform is encrypted with AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard), which is considered to be one of the world’s top ciphers.

As VibraVid is now live on the TRON blockchain Mainnet and BTFS Mainnet, the platform powered by BeatzCoin that provides artists and content creators a free space to own, price and sell their work to their fans takes a huge leap forward in providing a seamless and decentralized solution for media sharing. VibraVid’s Minimal Viable Product (MVP) has been launched to the public following months of internal community testing with the particular aim of gaining essential feedback from the global BeatzCoin community.

The second round of the BeatzCoin IEO will commence on October 9 (EST) on the regulated Korean-based IEO Launchpad, ProBit.com.
